Low blood pressure, for many people, may cause fainting. In severe cases, it can be life threatening.
HYPO-TENSION TEST
A blood pressure reading lower than 90 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) for the top number (systolic) or 60 mm Hg for the bottom number (diastolic) is generally considered low blood pressure.

3. Older age.
4. Heart conditions.
5. Anemia.
6. Severe infections.
7. Thyroid disorders.
8. Low blood sugar and diabetes.
9. Loss of blood from bleeding.
10. Low body temperature.
11. High body temperature.
12. A reaction to medication or alcohol.
DIETARY APPROACH TO STOP HYPO-TENSION
